This is for you if…

  • You have real symptoms but no clear diagnosis, and you’re tired of being told it’s nothing
  • You’ve got notes scattered across apps, notebooks, and your memory, with no system tying them together
  • You’re seeing multiple doctors or specialists and getting advice that doesn’t line up
  • You’ve started exploring functional or naturopathic medicine alongside conventional care, and aren’t sure how to weigh it all
  • You’ve spent hours researching your symptoms online and ended up more anxious, not less
  • You walk into appointments and forget half of what you wanted to say

Why this exists

A year ago, I was drowning in symptoms no one could explain. I saw specialist after specialist, tried conventional and functional approaches, tracked everything in a mess of spreadsheets and voice memos, and spent more late nights Googling than I’d like to admit.

Eventually, I built a system. Not because I’m organized by nature, but because I had to be. It changed how I communicated with doctors, how I tracked what was working, and how I made decisions when nothing felt certain.

I made this toolkit because I wish someone had handed it to me on day one.
